Cleaning Neighborhoods One Yard at a Time

Please complete the below form for your team to apply to clean a yard this November. We are unable to guarantee a house to rake for every application. The best way to make sure your team has a spot is to become a sponsor of the event or to recruit a homeowner. All homes must be identified by November 1.
