Down Payment Assistance (DPA) is designed to assist low-to-moderate income (LMI) households in need of funds to cover the required down payment and/or closing costs for the purchase of a home.
We provide down payment assistance products to qualifying buyers. There are a limited number of grants/loans funds available each year and are subject to funding and program guidelines.

The Midvale City Redevelopment Agency’s DPA program — a crucial lifeline for aspiring homeowners. Our Down Payment Assistance Program administered by NWSL is temporarily out of funds. However, we encourage you to submit your application, and we'll gladly add your name to our waitlist. You will be contacted once new funding becomes available. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific date for the arrival of additional Down Payment Assistance funds for Salt Lake City at this time.
