Pre-Employment Programs Manager

The Program Manager will act as the principal program manager for our pre-employment programming and will provide oversight of the NeighborWorks YouthWorks and CareerWorks programs. Their principal responsibilities are program development and management. This includes staff training and development, providing support for raising of program funds, developing strong community support and collaborative partnerships, maintaining effective linkages with other agencies, ensuring the quality and integration of all components, staff supervision, and working with the YouthWorks Steering and community engagement Committee as needed.
