Down Payment Assistance (DPA) is designed to assist low-to-moderate income (LMI) households in need of funds to cover the required down payment and/or closing costs for the purchase of a home.
We provide down payment assistance products to qualifying buyers. There are a limited number of grants/loans funds available each year and are subject to funding and program guidelines.

You will be contacted once new funding becomes available. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific date for the arrival of additional Down Payment Assistance funds for Salt Lake City at this time.
